Hi all,

I have some 1200 users to upgrade from Notes 6.5.4 clients to 8.5.3. I have heard people telling me that using the Smart Upgrade can be a challenge. Many ended going for manual upgrade instead of going through those troubles.

Could anybody advise me what are the advantages or disadvantages using Smart Upgrade? Thanks.
